Direct hire positions are permanent with the clients pool of full-time positions. iWorkforce Solutions will be in charge of the recruitment campaign and hiring process until an offer is accepted by the candidate.
Direct hire employees are eligible for the clients company benefits such as health, retirement, and PTO, and have the security of a long-term, permanent position, after they reach the clients probation period (if any).
Temporary employment is an ideal solution for unpredictable workloads, project work, seasonal peaks, and other limited-term needs. Temp positions typically have a set timeframe of 30/90 days. Through all assignments, the candidate is employed by iWorkforce Solutions.
Temp-To-Hire is a flexible option for clients and candidates alike. It helps clients save on employee costs and allows time to assess if the positions requires full time employment.
A hybrid of temporary and direct hire, contingent labor is a way for clients and candidates to test the waters. It allows potential employees to prove themselves to the client and see if the culture is a good fit. Likewise, it allows the client to test the candidate for a predetermined period of time. During the contract period, candidates are employed by iWorkforce Solutions.
Clients outline the terms – how candidate will be evaluated and when the contract period ends. Clients will also maintain open lines of communication and provide consistent feedback to put the candidate at ease.

1099 Contractors - Pay 1099 Individual Contractors on same payroll period.
